All our orders are prepared and shipped from Madrid, Spain. We work with Correos to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Delivery times: 2-3 business days throughout mainland Spain.
Shipping costs: €2.99 for standard orders. €4.99 for orders over €50 (due to larger package size).
All orders include extra protection during transit so that your painting arrives in perfect condition.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its packaging.
To initiate a return, write to our contact email and we will guide you through the process.
Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
