This privacy policy describes how the "ManejoTusAds" application (hereinafter, "the Application") accesses, uses, and protects information obtained through Meta APIs (Facebook/Instagram).

The Application has been developed exclusively for internal use by Grind Society to manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.

2. What data we access

The Application only accesses data related to the management of advertising campaigns through the Meta Marketing API. This includes:

  • Campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad settings
  • Audience data and advertising targeting
  • Linked product catalog information
  • Ad account data (ID, name, status)

The Application DOES NOT collect personal data from end-users, clients, or store visitors.

3. How we use the data

The accessed data is used exclusively for:

  • Consulting and analyzing advertising campaign performance
  • Creating, editing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads
  • Managing audiences and targeting
  • Generating internal performance reports

4. Storage and security

Data accessed through the Meta API is processed in real time and is not permanently stored on our own servers. Access tokens are securely managed and are not shared with third parties.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer data obtained through the Meta API to any third party. The data is used exclusively for the internal management of Grind Society's advertising campaigns.

6. Data retention

We do not permanently store Meta API data. Data is consulted on demand and processed in session. In case of temporary storage (cache), data is deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.

7. Your rights

If you are an authorized user of the Application, you can exercise the following rights:

  • Access: Request information about what data we process
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of any stored data
  • Revocation: Revoke the Application's access at any time from your Facebook account settings
